By accessing our website and booking services with ShineHive LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
ShineHive LLC provides residential cleaning services, including Standard Home Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out Cleaning, and related organizational or disinfection services in the Albuquerque area. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All bookings must be confirmed via our website checkout, phone, or WhatsApp. Payments for services are processed securely via Stripe or other agreed methods. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, depending on the agreed terms. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified prior to any recurring charges.
The client must provide sufficient access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a lock-out fee may apply. We ask that all pets be secured during the cleaning process.
The content, layout, design, data, graphics and products on this website are protected by United States and international copyright laws and are owned by ShineHive LLC. You may not reproduce, download, or edit this content without our express written permission.
ShineHive LLC provides services with the utmost care; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property. Any claims of damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or directly to active clients via email.
